Therapeutic clown, professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher.
Unfortunately, I have been suffering from multiple sclerosis (MS) for more than 5 years and sadly, been forced to say goodbye to numerous projects that I had once held closely to my heart.
Fortunately, however, a renowned Italian vascular surgeon, Dr. Zamboni, discovered that people with MS have a vascular problem (CCSVI) which can be treated with angioplasty. His treatment has helped thousands of people who have seen their health improve considerably. Unfortunately, this procedure is not yet available in Canada.
I have a very aggressive form of the disease (primary progressive, which occurs in only 15% of those stricken with MS). That's why I have decided to get treated in The United States at the Synergy Health Concept Clinic, where I can receive proper care. Without this treatment, I anticipate abandoning my walker for a wheelchair in the very near future. Not to mention abandoning my two-story home well before my 14 and 16 year old graduate from high school.
This medical trip will costs roughly $10 000, and as I make less than 20 000 a year it is nearly impossible for me to cover the expenses alone. Please, if you can, help me to improve my quality of life as well as that of my family’s.
