Bunabumali lies in the centre of landslide country of Bududa District. (Mount Eglon). With all the building activities taking place it's important do do whatever is possible to design buildings that contribute to the reduction of soil erosion. Many relatively simple solutions are now unavailable because of lack of funds and consequently building material and tools. Another important issue is education and knowledge sharing
