In the 1960s, I was the coordinator of the the largest anti-war and civil rights coalition in the United States. I was one of the Chicago 7 in a trial that was deemed the most important political trial of this country. After a mass demonstration I called for in 1971 that lead to the largest arrest ever, the Nixon administration decided to end the Vietnam war. On January 27, 1972, the Paris Peace Accord was signed. I was honored to be the only American non-government participant invited to the talks by the Vietnamese. Now, 40 years later, I have been invited to return to Vietnam to join the American Vietnamese Friendship Journey to honer this momentous anniversary. Many of you assisted in the 60s with your presence and your voices; now I am asking for your financial support. Please follow the link to our webpage to find out more information.
